Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Master's Degree or PMP certification is preferred.
• Professional railway certifications are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Maintenance of Way activities: track, turnouts, ballast, drainage, and trackside assets.
• Develop maintenance strategies, work schedules, and project execution plans.
• Ensure maintenance is delivered on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Monitor project performance via KPIs and report to management and clients.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and operational challenges.
• Oversee preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance activities.
• Coordinate track possessions and access with railway operations teams.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering, Railway Engineering, or a related discipline
