Responsibilities

• Lead complex transportation or infrastructure projects with multidisciplinary requirements.
• Manage lifecycle from initiation, planning, delivery to closeout.
• Set objectives, strategies, governance, and priorities for delivery.
• Direct Project Managers and coordinate activities across scopes and streams.
• Maintain oversight of technical services and regulatory interfaces.
• Coordinate with clients, authorities, consultants, and contractors to ensure alignment.
