Job summary

AECOM is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects in Saudi Arabia, with a focus on high-rise construction and regulatory compliance. You will oversee all phases from conception to closeout, directing scheduling, cost control, and documentation, while mentoring other PMs.

The role requires strong PMC expertise, earned value management, and the ability to coordinate across disciplines to ensure quality and budget adherence on national-scale

Qualifications

• Minimum 10 years progressive project management experience in engineering, construction, or related infrastructure industries.
• Proven experience managing multiple complex, multi-disciplinary engineering projects with national geographic scope.
• Demonstrated expertise in project management controls (PMC), including earned value management, risk assessment, and technical performance metrics.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory compliance, environmental protection, and industry standards applicable to engineering projects.
• Successful track record supervising and mentoring project management professionals.
• Advanced proficiency in project scheduling, cost control, and technical documentation management.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Project Management, Construction Management, or related field

Responsibilities

• Manages one or more highly complex engineering projects from conception through closeout.
• Oversees scheduling, cost controls, and documentation across multi-disciplinary high-rise projects.
• Coordinates with engineering disciplines to ensure quality, schedule adherence, and budget compliance.
• Develops and implements project controls strategies, including earned value management and risk assessment.
• Mentors junior project managers and ensures PMC standards are followed.
