Job summary
DeepSource Technologies in Riyadh seeks an experienced L2 Support Engineer to provide advanced technical support, incident resolution, and operational stability across Linux, Windows, and network environments. You will address complex issues and ensure service continuity for our clients.
The role requires strong Linux/Windows administration, monitoring and analysis, and excellent English communication with a client-facing mindset.
Qualifications
- Experience providing second-level support for Linux and Windows.
- Strong Linux/Windows administration skills.
- Experience with monitoring and performance analysis.
- Knowledge of networking troubleshooting.
- Experience with ticketing/ITSM tools and incident management.
- Excellent English communication and client-facing skills.
- Saudi national eligible to work in KSA.
Responsibilities
- Provide second-level support for Linux and Windows platforms.
- Perform advanced system and application monitoring and analysis.
- Troubleshoot OS, application, and connectivity issues.
- Manage incidents through ticketing tools and ensure SLA adherence.
- Support on-site technical interventions when required.
- Collaborate with higher support tiers and vendors.
- Communicate with clients for issue handling and updates.
- Contribute to operational improvements and preventive actions.
