The role requires strong Linux/Windows administration, monitoring and analysis, and excellent English communication with a client-facing mindset.

Qualifications

• Experience providing second-level support for Linux and Windows.
• Strong Linux/Windows administration skills.
• Experience with monitoring and performance analysis.
• Knowledge of networking troubleshooting.
• Experience with ticketing/ITSM tools and incident management.
• Excellent English communication and client-facing skills.
• Saudi national eligible to work in KSA.
