Qualifications

• First-level IT support for Linux and Windows systems.
• Experience with ticketing/ITSM tools preferred.
• Strong English fluency and good communication.
• Saudi national status for local hiring.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level support for Linux and Windows systems.
• Monitor systems and applications to ensure availability and performance.
• Perform basic network checks and troubleshooting.
• Handle incidents and requests via ticketing tools.
• Support on-site operational activities as required.
• Escalate complex issues to higher support tiers.
• Communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
