• Provide first-level IT support for enterprise technologies and document resolutions.
• Adhere to ITSM processes and SLAs for incident response and resolution.
• Assist in backup and disaster recovery operations and ensure data integrity.

Aufgaben

• Provide first-level support for IT incidents and service requests across enterprise technologies.
• Monitor infrastructure components including compute, storage, networking, security and cloud environments.
• Perform basic administration tasks such as health checks, log analysis and routine maintenance.
• Assist in configuring, provisioning, and maintaining IT systems, including virtualization, cloud platforms and networking devices.
• Escalate complex issues to L2/L3 teams with proper knowledge transfer.
