Job summary

EMT is seeking a dynamic Business Development Manager to drive growth in Saudi Arabia. You will build strategic partnerships and expand our customer and channel network across KSA, focusing on enterprise and government sectors with IT and cybersecurity solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.
• 4–5 years of sales or business development in KSA, preferably cybersecurity/IT.
• Strong knowledge of government, oil & gas, finance, and telecom sectors.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities with enterprise, government, and mid-market customers.
• Build and grow a robust sales pipeline aligned with company objectives.
• Promote lead generation through meetings, cold calls, visits, exhibitions.
• Generate demand for cybersecurity, cloud, and networking solutions via direct and channel-led approaches.
• Manage relationships with channel partners, resellers, and system integrators in KSA.
• Coordinate go-to-market activities with partners and ensure partner certification.
