ClearGrid, a Saudi-based AI-driven debt collections leader, seeks an experienced Customer Success professional to own the KSA client portfolio from onboarding to renewal. You will manage multi-team coordination, enable PoV launches, and drive ongoing adoption across campaigns in Riyadh.

The role requires 6–8 years in B2B SaaS CS, strong client-facing capabilities with banks/fintechs, and fluency in English and Arabic. Travel within KSA and to Dubai may be needed.

Qualifications

• 6 to 8 years of customer success in B2B SaaS experience, ideal in collections technology.
• Proven external, client-facing experience with enterprise clients.
• Ability to engage senior banking and fintech leaders.
• Strong analytical skills with dashboards and data storytelling.
• Fluent in English and Arabic; AI tools experience a plus.

Responsabilités

• Owns the KSA client portfolio end to end, including onboarding, launch, adoption, retention and expansion.
• Manage proofs of value and launches, including on-ground presence in Riyadh.
• Oversee day-to-day portfolio operations and client campaigns across calls, SMS and email.
• Lead client-specific initiatives with Product and Engineering teams (AI capabilities, prompts).
• Develop senior client relationships across operations, collections, and leadership.
• Provide performance insights by reading the collections funnel and diagnosing movement.
• Draft account plans covering stakeholders, goals, risks and growth opportunities.
• Drive revenue growth from the portfolio through expansion and new product modules.
• Maintain a disciplined client cadence with weekly check-ins and reviews.
• Demonstrate deep product expertise in Command, Journeys, AI agents and reporting.
