• Proven experience as a debt collection agent, with a minimum of 2 years in debt resolution.
• Experience in KSA based debt collection agencies.
• In-depth knowledge of debt collection laws, regulations, and best practices.
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations and manage customer concerns professionally.

Responsibilities

• Manage and directly handle debt recovery efforts for overdue accounts.
• Develop and implement tailored debt resolution strategies.
• Maintain professional relationships with customers for firm collections.
• Ensure adherence to all relevant debt collection laws and regulations.
• Track personal performance metrics and prepare recovery activity reports.
