Job summary

LPM Restaurant & Bar in Saudi Arabia seeks a Chef de Partie to lead on a fine-dining kitchen. You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen management, oversee preparation, maintain standards and help set the pace during service.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of kitchen experience, with at least 1-2 years as a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in a fine dining or upscale kitchen.
• Strong technical foundation with a keen eye for consistency, organisation, and leadership potential.
• English is a must. French, Arabic, or another language, even better.

Responsibilities

• Support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen management, overseeing preparation and maintaining standards.
• Lead by example and step in to run the kitchen during busy services.
• Oversee food preparation, cooking and plating to ensure precision and quality.
• Enforce strict hygiene and safety standards across all kitchen stations.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and adapt to service demands.
