La Petite Maison (LPM) - Le Café LPM in the Eastern Province seeks a Junior Sous Chef to support the Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen management, oversee preparation, maintain standards, and lead when the team needs you.

You should bring 3–4 years of kitchen experience, including 1–2 years in a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef role in fine dining; English is required, French or Arabic adds value. This is a hands-on role with growth as Le Café LPM expands.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years of kitchen experience with 1–2 years at Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef level.
• Strong eye for consistency, organisation, and leadership potential.
• English is a must; additional French or Arabic is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Sous Chef and Head Chef in daily kitchen management.
• Oversee preparation, plating, and maintain kitchen standards.
