The Career Nest is seeking a Junior Sous Chef for a full-time, permanent role in Al Khobar, Saudi Arabia. You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef, oversee daily kitchen operations, and help maintain rigorous culinary standards in a high-end environment.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years in a kitchen with 1–2 years at Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef level, strong technical skills, and excellent leadership. English fluency is mandatory; additional French or Arabic is a plus.

• Requires 3–4 years of solid kitchen experience, including 1–2 years as Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in fine dining or upscale environments.
• Strong technical culinary skills with focus on consistency, organization and leadership potential.
• English language fluency is mandatory; additional French or Arabic is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee food preparation, cooking and plating to ensure precision and quality across all sections.
• Lead, train and mentor the kitchen team; step in to manage the kitchen operations when needed.
• Enforce strict food safety and hygiene protocols across stations.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen flow during busy services.
