The Career Nest is partnering with an upscale dining destination in Al Khobar, Eastern Province, to recruit a Junior Sous Chef. You will assist the Sous Chef and Head Chef, maintaining high standards and leading the pass during service.

Ideal candidates have 3–4 years of kitchen experience, 1–2 years in a Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef role, and strong leadership. English fluency is mandatory; French or Arabic is advantageous.

• Experience: 3 to 4 years in kitchen, with 1–2 years as Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in fine dining or upscale environments.
• Foundation: Strong technical culinary skills with a focus on consistency, organization, and leadership potential.
• Traits: Disciplined, adaptable, and able to maintain composure during high‑volume services.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure precision, consistency, and quality across every section.
• Lead, train, and support the kitchen brigade, stepping in to run the line when needed.
• Enforce hygiene and safety protocols across all stations for a spotless, compliant environment.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen flow to adapt to busy services.
