You bring 3–4 years of kitchen experience, including 1–2 years at Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in fine dining. English is mandatory; French or Arabic are a plus. Strong hygiene, organization, and leadership are essential.

Qualifications

• 3–4 years solid kitchen background with 1–2 years as Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in fine dining or upscale environments.
• Strong technical culinary skills with leadership potential.
• English fluency is mandatory; French or Arabic are advantageous.

Responsabilités

• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating to ensure precision, consistency, and quality.
• Motivate, train, and support the kitchen brigade, leading by example during service.
• Enforce food safety and hygiene protocols across all stations.
