You will support the Sous Chef and Head Chef, ensuring excellence in daily operations, line leadership, and consistent, high-quality plating across services.

English fluency is mandatory, with opportunities to lead by example in a fast-paced, high-volume environment while maintaining top standards of hygiene and teamwork.

Qualificações

• 3–4 years solid kitchen background with 1–2 years as Chef de Partie or Junior Sous Chef in fine dining or upscale settings.
• Strong technical culinary skills with a focus on consistency, organization and leadership potential.
• Disciplined, adaptable and highly consistent; capable of maintaining focus during busy services.
• English fluency is mandatory; additional French or Arabic is advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee food preparation, cooking and plating with absolute precision across all sections.
• Lead, train and support the kitchen brigade; step in to command operations when needed.
• Enforce strict hygiene and food safety protocols across all stations.
• Manage inventory control, stock rotation and kitchen workflow during service.
