Responsibilities

• Oversee food preparation, cooking, and plating with precision and consistency across every section during every service.
• Motivate, train, and support the kitchen brigade, leading by example and stepping in to command kitchen operations when necessary.
• Enforce strict food safety and hygiene protocols across all stations.
• Manage inventory, stock rotation, and kitchen flow, adapting to shifting demands of busy services.
