Job summary

Mnzil, redefining workforce housing and real estate services across Saudi Arabia, is hiring a Junior Business Development Associate to support lead generation, client outreach, and pipeline coordination.

You will work closely with the BD team to learn the ropes and contribute to Mnzil's growing client and partner base from the ground up.

Fresh graduates are welcome; fluent Arabic and professional English are required; familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot or similar) is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 0–1 year in business development or related role; fresh graduates welcome.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Fluent in Arabic, professional English.

Responsibilities

At Mnzil, we're redefining workforce housing and real estate services across Saudi Arabia, and our Business Development team is at the heart of that growth. We're looking for a motivated Junior Business Development Associate to take the first step in building long-term client relationships and supporting our expanding pipeline.

As a Junior Business Development Associate, you will assist with lead generation, client outreach, and pipeline coordination, working closely with the BD team to learn the ropes and grow into a key contributor to Mnzil's partnerships.

What You'll Own
