Job summary

Mnzil is hiring a Business Development Associate to drive growth across Saudi Arabia. You will identify and qualify new leads, coordinate client meetings, and maintain CRM records while supporting proposals and follow-ups.

• 1+ year of experience in business development, sales, or related role.
• Fluent in Arabic, professional English.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Identify and qualify new leads through research and outreach.
• Support scheduling and coordination of client meetings.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM.
• Help prepare proposals, pitch decks, and follow-up materials.
• Track pipeline status and report progress to the BD team.
