Client of Taj HR is seeking an IT Technician in Jeddah to provide hands-on support for desktops, hardware, software, and network infrastructure. The role emphasizes troubleshooting, system integration, and reliable day-to-day IT operations.

The ideal candidate will have strong English communication skills and at least 2 years of IT support experience, with familiarity in NetSuite and ZenHR integration. Visa sponsorship is available for eligible applicants from outside Saudi Arabia.

Qualifications

• 2+ years IT support or IT technician experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Experience with NetSuite and ZenHR integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and laptop hardware/software support and peripheral configuration.
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to Windows OS and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity (LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, Wi‑Fi).
• Support system integration activities between NetSuite and ZenHR and assist in related issues.
• Document issues, troubleshooting steps and resolutions, and maintain incident records.
• Coordinate with relevant teams and service providers to ensure reliable IT operations.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and hands-on IT Technician to provide technical support across desktop systems, hardware, software and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and a good understanding of system integration, particularly the integration of Oracle NetSuite with ZenHR.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and laptop support including hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, software installation and peripheral configuration.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications and end-user devices.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs and Wi-Fi.
• Support system integration activities, particularly connecting Oracle NetSuite with ZenHR, and assist in troubleshooting related integration issues.
• Monitor and resolve IT incidents independently within the assigned scope, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Provide technical assistance to employees and ensure reliable day-to-day IT operations.
• Coordinate with relevant teams and service providers to resolve technical issues and maintain system functionality.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant IT support or IT technician experience is preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of desktop support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and Windows operating systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common business applications.
• Practical understanding of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and Wi-Fi.
• Good understanding of system integration concepts, with the ability to support integrations between business systems such as NetSuite and ZenHR.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, manage technical incidents, and communicate effectively with end users.
