Job summary

Taj HR is seeking a hands-on IT Technician in Jeddah to provide end-user support across desktops, software, and network infrastructure. You will troubleshoot Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and device issues while assisting in the integration of Oracle NetSuite with ZenHR.

The role requires strong analytical skills, good communication, and the ability to work independently within the IT department to ensure reliable day-to-day operations.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of relevant IT support experience preferred.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent English communication, both written and spoken.
• Experience with NetSuite and ZenHR integration is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and laptop support, including hardware diagnostics and software installation.
• Resolve issues related to Windows OS, Microsoft 365, and end-user devices.
• Troubleshoot LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and Wi-Fi connectivity.
• Support system integration activities, especially NetSuite with ZenHR integrations.
• Maintain documentation of technical issues and resolutions.

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled and hands‑on IT Technician to provide technical support across desktop systems, hardware, software, and network infrastructure. The ideal candidate should have strong troubleshooting skills and a good understanding of system integration, particularly the integration of Oracle NetSuite with ZenHR.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide desktop and laptop support, including hardware diagnostics, troubleshooting, software installation, and peripheral configuration.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Windows operating systems, Microsoft 365 applications, and end‑user devices.
• Troubleshoot network connectivity issues involving LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and Wi‑Fi.
• Support system integration activities, particularly connecting Oracle NetSuite with ZenHR, and assist in troubleshooting related integration issues.
• Monitor and resolve IT incidents independently within the assigned scope, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of technical issues, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions.
• Provide technical assistance to employees and ensure reliable day‑to‑day IT operations.
• Coordinate with relevant teams and service providers to resolve technical issues and maintain system functionality.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of relevant IT support or IT technician experience is preferred.
• Strong practical knowledge of desktop support, hardware and software troubleshooting, and Windows operating systems.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 and common business applications.
• Practical understanding of networking fundamentals, including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLANs, and Wi‑Fi.
• Good understanding of system integration concepts, with the ability to support integrations between business systems such as NetSuite and ZenHR.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work independently, manage technical incidents, and communicate effectively with end users.
