Job summary

Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic seeks an experienced Technology Services Supervisor to oversee day-to-day IT support operations and ensure high-quality IT services across the organization. • Supervise daily helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Monitor service quality, KPIs, and SLAs, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and business applications.
• Maintain IT support documentation and knowledge base.
• Manage IT purchase requisitions and coordinate with Procurement and vendors.
• Track procurement activities and verify delivered IT equipment, software, and services.
• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets and maintain inventory records.
• Conduct periodic asset audits and ensure compliance with asset management policies.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 accounts.
• Manage user accounts, groups, roles, and access permissions.
• Administer MDM solutions and manage corporate devices.
• Enforce device security, encryption, and patch management.
• Support onboarding/offboarding activities and maintain IT documentation.
• Participate in IT projects, ensure compliance with IT and cybersecurity policies, and prepare operational reports.
