Job summary

Saudi Petroleum Services Polytechnic is seeking an experienced Technology Services Supervisor to oversee day-to-day IT support and ensure delivery of high-quality IT services. You will supervise helpdesk operations, manage IT assets, and support procurement, IAM, and device management across the organization.

The role requires strong experience in IT operations, Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD, and end-user support.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising IT helpdesk and incident management.
• Experience administering Azure AD and Microsoft 365.
• Experience with IT asset lifecycle and procurement processes.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily IT helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Monitor KPIs and SLAs, escalating complex issues as needed.
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and business applications.
• Maintain IT support documentation and knowledge base.
• Manage IT purchase requisitions and coordinate with Procurement and vendors.
• Conduct periodic asset audits and ensure compliance with asset management policies.
• Administer Microsoft Entra ID/Azure AD and Microsoft 365 accounts.
• Manage user accounts, groups, roles, and access permissions.
• Administer MDM solutions and manage corporate devices.
• Enforce device security, compliance, encryption, and patch management.
• Support onboarding/offboarding activities and maintain IT documentation.
• Participate in IT projects, ensure compliance with IT and cybersecurity policies, and prepare operational reports.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Technology Services Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day IT support operations and ensure the efficient delivery of high-quality IT services across the organization. The Technology Services Supervisor will supervise helpdesk activities, manage IT assets and procurement processes, administer user accounts and endpoint devices, and support the implementation of IT operational and security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

IT Helpdesk & User Support:

• Supervise daily helpdesk operations and ensure timely resolution of incidents and service requests.
• Monitor service quality, KPIs, and SLAs, escalating complex issues when needed.
• Provide end-user support for hardware, software, network connectivity, and business applications.
• Maintain IT support documentation and knowledge base.

IT Procurement & Vendor Management:

• Manage IT purchase requisitions and coordinate with Procurement and vendors.
• Track procurement activities and verify delivered IT equipment, software, and services.

IT Asset Management:

• Manage the full lifecycle of IT assets and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Conduct periodic asset audits and ensure compliance with asset management policies.

Identity & Access Management:

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and Microsoft 365 accounts.
• Manage user accounts, groups, roles, and access permissions.

Endpoint & Device Management:

• Administer MDM solutions and manage corporate devices.
