Mohamed Baqir Al-Faraj Constructions in Dammam, Saudi Arabia, is seeking a hands-on IT Help Desk / IT Support Engineer to deliver first- and second-line support across desktops, laptops, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and network connectivity. This permanent role emphasizes reliable issue resolution and smooth daily IT operations in a busy enterprise environment.

You will resolve Windows 10/11 issues, manage user accounts, coordinate with vendors, maintain IT assets, and contribute to security

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in computer science, IT or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 2+ years of progressive hands-on IT Help Desk/Desktop Support experience.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook and Windows 10/11 administration.
• Active Directory user management, group policies and identity access control.
• Fundamental networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, LAN/WAN, switches, Wi-Fi.
• Experience with ITSM ticketing workflows and vendor coordination.
• Familiarity with IT peripherals (CCTV, biometric devices, PBX) and asset management.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Dammam, Saudi Arabia.

Responsabilités

• Provide L1/L2 IT support for desktops, laptops, printers and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues promptly.
• Manage Active Directory tasks including user accounts and password resets.
• Support CCTV, biometric devices and PBX peripherals.
• Coordinate with third-party vendors to resolve incidents within SLAs.
• Maintain IT asset records and document technical procedures.
• Perform software patching, preventative maintenance, and hardware diagnostics.
• Collaborate with IT teams and end-users to improve service delivery.
