Job summary

AMIT International Group in Al-Khobar is seeking a Desktop Support Engineer with 4-5 years of on-site experience to provide end-user IT support, manage desktops, hardware, printers and peripherals, and ensure smooth operation across sites.

The role includes remote support for AMIT offices globally, involvement in IT infrastructure, security and governance, and collaboration with global IT teams; a Bachelor's degree in IT/CS and relevant certifications are preferred.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in desktop computers and hardware.
• Hands-on technical support and troubleshooting experience.
• Knowledge of printer support and hardware maintenance.
• Ability to handle remote support and on-site client visits.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• KSA Driving License is advantageous.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS/IS or a related field.
• Relevant professional certifications are preferred: MCP, Microsoft 365 Certified, CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, CCNA, ITIL Foundation.

Responsibilities

• Provide desktop hardware support and troubleshooting.
• Manage end-user computing, network setup, and IT infrastructure onsite.
• Support SAP B1 integrations and deployments.
• Coordinate hardware procurement and asset lifecycle.
• Ensure IT security and governance aligned with standards.
• Liaise with local and global IT teams; document actions.
• Assist with vendor management and asset tracking.
• Perform site readiness checks and IT readiness for AMIT Stores.
