Job summary

Ghanem is seeking a Relationship Associate to lead investor relations across B2C and B2B segments in a fast‑growing investment environment in Riyadh. You will own the full investor lifecycle from onboarding to long‑term retention, coordinating with acquisitions, operations, marketing and leadership to drive engagement and value.

You will manage both retail and institutional investors, communicate investment returns clearly, and build a scalable IR function with playbooks and processes to support

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in investor relations, wealth management, real estate, or investor‑facing sales.
• Working knowledge of investment returns and ability to explain them clearly.
• Strong commercial judgment and consultative selling skills.
• Comfortable handling both retail and institutional investors.
• High ownership mindset — capable of building, not just executing.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.

Responsibilities

• Own relationships with retail investors from onboarding through reinvestment.
• Convert registered users into active investors through direct, personal engagement.
• Communicate on returns, distributions, and risks clearly without overselling.
• Drive asset fill rates within target timelines.
• Build and manage a pipeline of family offices and institutional clients.
• Lead high‑value conversations and tailor engagement for institutions.
• Represent Ghanem confidently in front of sophisticated investors.
• Convert institutional interest into long‑term partnerships.
• Build IR function from the ground up — playbooks, tools, and processes.
• Track investor feedback and translate insights into action.
• Coordinate internally with acquisitions, operations, marketing, and leadership.
