Job summary

Ghanem | غانم is seeking a Relationship Associate to lead investor relations across both individual (B2C) and institutional (B2B) segments in a fast‑growth investment environment. You will own the full investor lifecycle from onboarding to long-term retention, balancing trust and rigorous analysis.

Responsibilities include building a pipeline of retail and institutional clients, conducting high‑value conversations, and coordinating with acquisitions, operations, marketing, and leadership.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years in investor relations, wealth management, real estate, or investor-facing sales.
• Ability to explain investment returns clearly to various audiences.
• Strong commercial judgement and consultative selling skills.
• Comfortable handling both retail and institutional investors.
• High ownership mindset; able to build, not just execute.
• Excellent communication in Arabic and English.

Key Responsibilities

Investor Relations - Individuals (B2C)

• Own relationships with retail investors from onboarding through reinvestment
• Convert registered users into active investors through direct, personal engagement
• Communicate clearly on returns, distributions, and risks - without overselling
• Drive asset fill rates within target timelines

Investor Relations - Institutional (B2B)

• Build and manage a pipeline of family offices, wealth managers, and institutional clients
• Lead high-value conversations and structure tailored engagement
• Represent Ghanem confidently in front of sophisticated investors
• Convert institutional interest into long-term partnerships

Ownership & Operations

• Build the investor relations function from the ground up - playbook, tools, and processes
• Track investor feedback and turn insights into action
• Coordinate internally with acquisitions, operations, marketing, and leadership

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Asset fill rate (time to target)
• Conversion rate (registered to invested)

Requirements
