Job summary

Omanyp is building a premier Investor Relations function in Saudi Arabia to support its IPO readiness and capital markets strategy. The role partners with senior leadership and advisers to shape communications, roadshows and the investment proposition.

You will engage with institutional investors and analysts, provide market insights, and oversee earnings communications while ensuring regulatory governance and disclosure compliance.

Qualifications

• Extensive Investor Relations experience within a listed company environment.
• Proven involvement in an IPO transaction, ideally in a leadership capacity.
• Strong understanding of Saudi capital markets, governance requirements and disclosure regulations.
• Demonstrated success engaging with institutional investors and sell-side analysts.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related discipline; professional qualifications such as CFA, CAIA or MBA are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Partner with senior leadership and external advisers to support IPO readiness and execution activities.
• Develop investor communications, presentations, roadshow materials and the company's investment proposition.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, analysts and broader capital markets stakeholders.
• Lead investor engagement initiatives, including conferences, non-deal roadshows and market outreach programmes.
• Provide management with regular insights on investor sentiment, market developments, peer activity and shareholder feedback.
• Oversee earnings communications, shareholder engagement processes and investor-facing corporate materials.
• Ensure compliance with market disclosure requirements, governance standards and regulatory obligations.
