Job summary

Impact46 is seeking an Investor Relations professional to be the primary bridge between the firm and its investors in Saudi Arabia. You will manage investor communications, prepare fund updates, and assist fundraising efforts across multiple investment vehicles.

The role requires 2–5 years in investor relations or related fields, a Finance/Business background, and fluency in Arabic and English. You will collaborate with Finance, Legal, and Investment teams to ensure accuracy and timely materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or related field.
• 2–5 years of experience in investor relations, asset management, or investment banking.
• Excellent bilingual communication skills (Arabic & English).
• Strong presentation and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and maintain the investor database.
• Respond to investor inquiries with accurate, timely information.
• Coordinate and prepare regular investor meetings and fund updates.
• Prepare periodic fund performance reports for investors.
• Develop investor decks, fund updates, and presentation materials.
• Contribute to Private Placement Memorandums and fund marketing materials.
• Support the investment team with investor-side due diligence.
• Coordinate the signing process for Subscription Agreements.
• Work with Investment, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure information accuracy.
• Support senior management in preparing board-level materials related to investors.

About The Role

Key Responsibilities

Investor Communication

• Manage and maintain the investor database
• Respond to investor inquiries with accurate, timely information

Reporting & Materials

• Prepare periodic (quarterly/annual) fund performance reports for investors
• Develop investor decks, fund updates, and presentation materials

Fundraising Support

• Contribute to Private Placement Memorandums and fund marketing materials
• Support the investment team with investor-side due diligence
• Coordinate the signing process for Subscription Agreements

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Work closely with Investment, Finance, and Legal teams to ensure information accuracy

What We're Looking For
