Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, Real Estate or a related discipline.
• 5–8 years of fund-raising, capital raising, investor relations or institutional/private wealth distribution experience.
• Proven track record of originating and closing investor commitments with an established network in GCC.

Responsibilities

• Originate and close investor commitments from family offices, HNWIs, private banks, wealth platforms, insurers and corporates across GCC markets.
• Raise capital across real estate and private equity funds, and related structures.
• Develop new investor relationships and expand a network of prospective investors and intermediaries.
• Present investment strategies and fund opportunities to prospective investors and senior decision-makers.
• Build and manage a qualified investor pipeline from engagement to closing.
• Maintain CRM records with interactions, pipeline status, and next actions.
• Prepare fundraising pipeline reports, forecasts and progress updates for senior management.
• Coordinate responses to due diligence questionnaires and information requests.
• Collaborate with investment, legal, compliance and finance teams for timely information to investors.
• Support subscription and onboarding processes with required documentation.
