The role demands a strong leader with deep technical expertise and a focus on automation and AI in IT operations.

The ideal candidate will ensure high availability, security, SLA compliance, and continuous improvement of infrastructure services

Qualifications

• Led 25+ members across multiple technologies, ITIL/ISO processes experience.
• Core technical expertise in at least two technologies.
• Experience with automation and AI in IT operations.
• Strong risk and compliance management.
• Active service improvement planning.
• Prefer IT service company background (e.g., Wipro, Cognizant, LTI).

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end operations for Data Center Infrastructure, Servers & Virtualization, Network Infrastructure (LAN/WAN/Wi‑Fi/SD-WAN), Linux/Unix, Deskside Support, SOC and NOC, Storage & Backup.
• Ensure availability, uptime and reliability of enterprise infrastructure.
• Drive proactive monitoring, incident, problem management and root cause analysis.
• Develop operational dashboards and executive reports; monitor SLA/OLA/KPI targets.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and service management processes.

Position Summary

Seeking an experienced Technical Infrastructure Specialist Manager to lead and manage enterprise IT infrastructure operations across Data Center, Servers, Networks, Linux Platforms, Deskside Support, Security Operations Center (SOC), and Network Operations Center (NOC), Endpoint.

The role requires a strong leader with extensive technical expertise, operational excellence, stakeholder management skills, and a forward-thinking approach toward AI and Agentic AI adoption in IT operations.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring high availability, service reliability, SLA compliance, cybersecurity posture, and continuous improvement of infrastructure services while driving automation and AI-enabled operational efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities

Infrastructure Delivery Management

• Lead end-to-end operations of:

  • Data Center Infrastructure
  • Server & Virtualization Platforms
  • Network Infrastructure (LAN, WAN, Wi-Fi, SD-WAN)
  • Linux & Unix Platforms
  • Deskside Support Services
  • SOC and NOC
  • Storage and Backup

• Ensure availability and operational readiness of enterprise infrastructure.

• Drive proactive monitoring, incident management, problem management, and root cause analysis.

• Maintain system uptime, performance, capacity, and reliability.

Service Delivery & SLA Management

• Establish and maintain service levels aligned with business requirements.
• Monitor and achieve SLA, OLA, KPI, and uptime targets.
• Lead major incident management and service restoration activities.
• Develop operational dashboards and executive reports on service performance.
• Ensure adherence to ITIL best practices and service management processes.

Must Have

• Should have handled atleast 25+ team members in multiple technologies, helpdesk, server, network, cloud etc.
• Should have strong experience ITIL and ISO processes.
• Should have core technical expertise in at least 2 technologies.
• Should understand and worked on concept of Automation and AI
• Should understand Risk and compliance management.
• Service improvement plan
