JOB PURPOSE:
The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of the organization’s information technology operations. This role serves as the central point of leadership across four critical pillars: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Technical Support, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity. The IT Manager ensures that all technology systems are aligned with business objectives, reliably maintained, and protected against evolving threats — enabling seamless operations across the organization.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
:1. ERP – Enterprise Resource Plannin
- gManage, configure, and continuously optimize ERP systems to support business processes across departments (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, Operations, etc.
- )Lead ERP upgrades, patches, and module rollouts in coordination with vendors and internal stakeholder
- sDevelop and enforce data governance standards and ERP usage policie
- sProvide training and documentation to end-users and department administrator
- sMonitor system performance, troubleshoot ERP-related issues, and coordinate vendor suppor
