Job summary

Main Job Responsibilities

Technology Strategy & Governance

• Develop and maintain a technology roadmap aligned with business objectives and enterprise architecture standards
• Identify opportunities for digital transformation, automation, and process optimization within the business unit
• Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, and regulatory requirements across all technology solutions
• Establish and monitor KPIs for technology performance, cost efficiency, and business impact
• Drive vendor management including contract negotiations, SLAs, and performance reviews

Business Partnership & Stakeholder Management

• Act as the primary technology partner for the business unit, understanding operational needs and translating them into actionable technology initiatives
• Collaborate with senior business leaders to prioritize investments and align technology outcomes with strategic goals
• Communicate technology plans, risks, and progress to stakeholders in clear, business‑friendly language

Delivery Leadership & Operational Excellence

• Oversee implementation and support of core systems: ERP, WMS, OMS, e‑commerce platforms, integrations
• Ensure high availability, reliability, and scalability of technology services supporting the business unit
• Drive continuous improvement through proactive monitoring, incident management, and root cause analysis
• Manage technology budgets, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field
• Master's or MBA preferred
• 8‑10 years of experience in technology leadership roles with exposure to product lifecycle management
• Strong understanding of enterprise systems, integrations, and cloud platforms
• Hands‑on experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and backlog management tools (Jira, Confluence)
