Responsibilities

• Oversee ERP systems configuration, upgrades, patches, and rollouts to support business processes across departments.
• Lead IT helpdesk and end-user support, define SLAs, and mentor the support team.
• Develop and enforce data governance standards and ERP usage policies.
• Design and implement cloud architecture, ensure availability, cost management, and DR capabilities.
• Develop cybersecurity strategy, perform risk assessments, implement IAM/MFA and incident response.

The IT Manager is responsible for overseeing the full spectrum of the organization's information technology operations. This role serves as the central point of leadership across four critical pillars: Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems, Technical Support, Cloud Infrastructure, and Cybersecurity. The IT Manager ensures that all technology systems are aligned with business objectives, reliably maintained, and protected against evolving threats — enabling seamless operations across the organization.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
