Job summary

Jobtailor in Jeddah is seeking a senior IS/IT leader to execute HQ IS-IT strategy and deliver the regional market roadmap. You will define local IT strategy aligned with HQ, communicate objectives, manage the IS portfolio, and partner with other departments to drive competitive advantage through technology.

Lead the IS team, develop people, oversee budgets, ensure service availability, and implement standard operating procedures.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master degree in Computer Science, Network Engineering, or IT related field of study.
• At least 7 years of experience in IS/IT, and 3–5 years of experience in leadership roles.
• Demonstrated capability to lead and develop people IS/IT team.
• Experience working for Retail brand/company.
• Project Management experience - planning, leading & managing through projects.
• Facilitation of issues and conflict resolution in a cross-functional environment.
• Stakeholder management in a matrix organisation.
• Strong people leadership and management, and talent development experience.
• E-commerce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, SAP knowledge and work experience.
