Responsibilities
The Mission as a Senior IT Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our most critical technical initiatives. You will bridge the gap between high-level business strategy and technical execution, ensuring that our projects—ranging from infrastructure overhauls to technical installations are delivered with "pixel-perfect" quality, on time, and within budget.
- End-to-End Delivery: Lead the full project lifecycle from initial discovery and scoping to final deployment and post-launch support
- Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary point of contact for clients and executive leadership, translating technical milestones into clear business value.
- Resource Orchestration: Manage cross-functional teams including Engineers, Technicians, and QA, ensuring optimal resource allocation and team productivity.
- Budget & Scope Control: Rigorously manage project budgets and timelines, proactively identifying and mitigating "scope creep" to protect project margins.
- Technical Coordination: Oversee the integration of IT infrastructure and technical drawings, ensuring all project outputs meet high-end professional standards.
Technical & Professional Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 5–7 years in IT Project Management, specifically within infrastructure, technical contracting, or digital transformation environments.
- Tech Literacy: A strong foundational understanding of Cloud Infrastructure, IT Systems, and Technical Hardware to effectively communicate with engineering teams.
- Software Mastery: Proficiency in Microsoft Project for scheduling, Zoho for project tracking, and AutoCAD for reviewing technical layouts and plans.
- Documentation: High level of expertise in Advanced Excel for financial tracking, reporting, and data analysis.
- Vendor Management: Experience managing third-party vendors and on-site technical teams is a significant plus.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Civil Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
