Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Information Technology, ideally multi-branch
• Hands-on experience with ERP, POS, networking, and enterprise IT infrastructure
• Practical knowledge of POS operations and integration with inventory and daily processes
• Experience integrating ERP, POS, and other business systems
• Strong cybersecurity understanding, backup strategies, and IT best practices
• Proven leadership, project management, analytical, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment

ABOUT THE ROLE

Lead and oversee the company’s IT operations, infrastructure, and business systems while ensuring maximum system availability, seamless integration between business platforms, and secure, reliable technology that supports day-to-day operations across multiple branches.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Manage and maintain the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring maximum system uptime and reliability
2. Provide technical leadership and support for POS (Point of Sale) systems across all branches
3. Develop, enhance, and maintain network infrastructure and enterprise IT systems
4. Lead the IT team by assigning tasks, monitoring performance, and resolving technical issues efficiently
5. Plan and deliver IT projects while ensuring deadlines and business objectives are achieved
6. Implement and maintain cybersecurity best practices to protect company systems and data
7. Manage, maintain, and optimize ERP and POS systems, ensuring seamless integration between business applications and operational processes
8. Support the integration of POS, ERP, inventory, and other business systems to improve operational efficiency
9. Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and recommend continuous improvements
10. Collaborate with cross-functional departments to identify technology needs and deliver effective IT solutions

REQUIREMENTS

1. Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
2. Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in Information Technology, preferably within a multi-branch environment
