Detailed Job Description:

As an IT Support Professional supporting regional information technology operations at Al Thakeb in Riyadh, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of desktop support, incident resolution, and helpdesk management. Your day-to-day responsibilities include diagnosing and addressing technical issues, providing prompt assistance to computer users, maintaining operating systems and desktop software, and configuring Microsoft 365 and Windows environments. You will apply foundational knowledge of networking, information security, and user account management to secure endpoints, organize task priorities, document technical problems and solutions, and collaborate seamlessly with internal teams to resolve IT incidents efficiently. Furthermore, you will manage IT equipment inventory, handle software patching, and ensure high standards of user service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide comprehensive technical support and operational assistance for computers, operating systems, software, and desktop applications.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, network connectivity, and user account issues.
• Administer user accounts, permissions, and directory services within Windows and Microsoft 365 environments.
• Maintain meticulous documentation of technical problems, diagnostic steps, and permanent resolution solutions.
• Organize daily support priorities, triage incoming helpdesk tickets, and meet established service level agreements (SLAs).
• Ensure basic information security compliance, endpoint protection, and software update deployment across workstations.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum of 1+ year of professional work experience in information technology, technical support, or IT operations.
• Good practical knowledge of operating systems, computers, software, and desktop applications.
• Proven ability to diagnose and address technical issues and provide responsive support to users.
• Good communication skills, with the ability to organize priorities and document technical problems and solutions.
• Strong teamwork capabilities and readiness to respond to technical issues efficiently.
• Mandatory legal eligibility to work in Saudi Arabia with local residency in Riyadh.
