Detailed Job Description

As an IT Infrastructure Lead supporting operations in Riyadh - Al Aziziyah via Al Rashed, you will take full operational, tactical, and technical ownership of server administration, network engineering, vendor coordination, and disaster recovery preparedness. Your day-to-day responsibilities include supervising enterprise networks, servers, and system environments, implementing infrastructure upgrade and modernization projects, and coordinating seamlessly with external vendors and service providers. You will provide robust support for information security protocols and backup operations, continuously improve system stability, and minimize unplanned downtime.
