Responsibilities include analyzing IMS signaling, tracking KPIs, developing automation for reporting, and collaborating with operations, core network, and vendor teams to deliver performance improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience with IMS Core environments and signaling architectures.
• Hands-on with P-CSCF, I-CSCF, S-CSCF and related platforms.
• Strong SQL, Python scripting, and automation for performance reporting.

Responsibilities

• Monitor IMS and Mobile Core performance across services and domains.
• Analyze KPIs, service quality, and RCA for degradations.
• Develop automation to improve reporting and performance monitoring.
