Qualifications

• Five+ years of Ericsson Mobile Core network performance experience.
• BSc degree in Telecommunication Engineering or a related discipline.
• Experience with signaling protocols, interfaces and call flows.
• Proficiency with ENIQ, ENM, BusinessObjects and MasterClaw/eoLive.

Responsibilities

• Analyze network KPIs, investigate degradations and recommend corrective actions.
• Perform capacity assessments and traffic forecasting for readiness planning (Hajj, Ramadan, Eid).
• Monitor international voice, roaming, MVNO and national roaming performance.
• Configure and maintain performance alarms, reports and dashboards.
• Assess impact of network changes, upgrades and expansions.
• Prepare SLA, governance and Service Impact Reports.
• Support cross-functional teams and automation use cases.
