Job summary

TANINT is seeking a VAS Performance Engineer to optimize Ericsson IN/VAS and Charging platforms in a large telecom project in Saudi Arabia. You will monitor performance, analyze KPIs and trends, and develop data-driven recommendations to improve service quality and network efficiency.

The role emphasizes KPI-driven reporting, design reviews, and collaboration with engineering and operations teams, with a focus on enabling effective 5G SA readiness and performance optimization.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with Ericsson IN, VAS and Charging Systems.
• Strong telecom KPI monitoring, analysis and reporting abilities.
• Experience analyzing CDRs and signaling data.
• Familiar with HLD/LLD documentation and design assessment.
• Hands-on SQL, Python scripting for automation and analytics.
• Knowledge of ENIQ/UPM performance management tools.
• Experience creating dashboards in Tableau/Power BI/Qlik.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and optimize Ericsson IN, VAS, and Charging platforms performance.
• Evaluate KPIs to identify bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
• Generate detailed performance reports, dashboards and trends.
• Perform CDR and signaling analysis to troubleshoot issues.
• Support performance optimization across VAS and charging environments.
• Review HLD/LLD to ensure performance best practices.
• Develop SQL queries and automation scripts to improve reporting.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering to resolve issues.
• Conduct root-cause analysis and recommend corrective actions.
• Support rollout and validation of new services and upgrades.
