Job summary

Tangent International is recruiting Telecom Performance Engineers for a major transformation project in Saudi Arabia. You will analyze, monitor, and optimize performance across IN, IMS, VAS, cloud, PTT, and MDM domains to ensure service quality and platform scalability.

The role demands strong telecom expertise, hands-on troubleshooting in live networks, and collaboration with vendor and operations teams. Shortlisted candidates based in KSA are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Computer, Electronics, IT, or related field.
• Proven experience in telecom performance engineering or service assurance.
• Strong understanding of mobile core networks and service platforms.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, analyze, and optimize network and platform performance across telecom domains.
• Identify degradation trends, capacity constraints, and bottlenecks in production.
• Perform root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for availability and quality.
• Develop performance reports, dashboards, and KPI analytics for stakeholders.
• Ensure platforms meet SLAs, customer experience targets, and objectives.
• Collaborate with operations, engineering, integration, and vendor teams to resolve issues.
• Analyze traffic patterns and subscriber behavior for forecasting and capacity planning.
• Validate performance after upgrades, migrations, or new features.
• Recommend optimization strategies to improve efficiency, throughput, and times.
• Support proactive monitoring and continuous service improvement programs.
• Maintain documentation, baselines, and optimization recommendations.
• Participate in troubleshooting incidents affecting service quality.
