ES Consulting in Riyadh is hiring two IAM Specialists to join our resident cybersecurity team supporting a government entity on-site. You will oversee identity and access governance, lifecycle management, and access reviews, while driving PAM and Zero Trust initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in IAM, with hands-on experience in IGA and enterprise IAM platforms. Saudi Nationals Only. On-site in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 6+ years of IAM governance, engineering, or administration experience.
• Hands-on with IGA, PAM, and enterprise IAM platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle and access control models.
• Practical experience with Zero Trust principles and modern authentication.
• Certifications preferred: CISSP, CIAM, or Microsoft Identity.

Responsabilités

We are looking for two IAM Specialists to join our resident cybersecurity team supporting a leading government entity in Riyadh (on-site).

What you'll do:

• Manage the full identity lifecycle (joiner–mover–leaver) and automated provisioning workflows
• Review and track access requests, ensuring proper approvals and governance
• Run access certification campaigns and remediate orphaned, inactive, and over-privileged accounts
• Manage and enforce MFA, and investigate authentication failures and suspicious access attempts
• Govern privileged access (PAM): session monitoring, just-in-time access, least privilege, and segregation of duties
• Support audits with identity governance reporting and periodic operational reports

What we're looking for:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field
• 6+ years of experience in IAM governance, engineering, or administration
• Hands-on experience with IGA, PAM, and enterprise IAM platforms
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle and access control models
• Practical experience with Zero Trust principles and modern authentication
