Job summary

DWT Technology in Riyadh is seeking a Senior IAM PAM Consultant to design, deploy and manage enterprise IAM and PAM across cloud and telecom environments. You will implement security controls and SSO integrations, and administer platforms like CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta or BeyondTrust.

Candidates should bring 7+ years of hands-on experience with IAM/PAM, strong knowledge of RBAC/ABAC, and familiarity with AWS/Azure/GCP and directory services. Immediate or short-notice joiners are preferred.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of hands-on enterprise IAM/PAM engineering experience.
• Experience deploying IAM/PAM controls within telecom networks or cloud architectures.
• Proficient with AWS, Azure or Google Cloud Platform.
• Hands-on with CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta or BeyondTrust.
• Strong knowledge of SSO protocols (SAML, OIDC, OAuth) and RBAC/ABAC.
• Familiar with directory services such as Active Directory and Azure AD.

Job Overview

DWT Technology is seeking an experienced Senior IAM PAM Consultant with a strong background in cloud and telecom environments for an enterprise project in Riyadh Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing Identity and Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM) solutions to secure critical telecom infrastructure and cloud environments. Candidates should possess strong technical expertise in enterprise IAM/PAM platforms, cloud-native access controls, authentication protocols, API security and enterprise directory services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, deploy and manage enterprise IAM and PAM architectures
• Implement and manage IAM/PAM security controls across cloud environments and telecom networks
• Administer enterprise IAM/PAM platforms including CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta or BeyondTrust
• Configure and manage role-based and attribute-based access controls
• Support Single Sign-On (SSO) integrations using SAML, OIDC and OAuth protocols
• Secure enterprise network infrastructure APIs and directory services
• Support identity and privileged access security across critical cloud and telecom infrastructure

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of hands‑on technical experience in enterprise IAM/PAM engineering and administration.
• Proven experience deploying and managing IAM/PAM controls within telecom networks or cloud architectures.
• Practical experience with AWS, Microsoft Azure, or Google Cloud Platform (GCP).
• Hands‑on expertise with enterprise IAM/PAM solutions such as CyberArk, SailPoint, Okta, or BeyondTrust.
• Strong understanding of cloud-native access controls, RBAC, and ABAC.
• Knowledge of SSO protocols, including SAML, OIDC, and OAuth.
• Experience securing enterprise network infrastructure and APIs.
• Strong understanding of directory services, including Active Directory, Azure AD, and LDAP.
• Candidates applying from Saudi Arabia must have a transferable Iqama.
