ES Consulting in Riyadh is hiring two IAM Specialists to join our resident cybersecurity team supporting a government entity on-site. You will oversee identity and access governance, lifecycle management, and access reviews, while driving PAM and Zero Trust initiatives.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 6+ years in IAM, with hands-on experience in IGA and enterprise IAM platforms. Saudi Nationals Only. On-site in Riyadh.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field.
• 6+ years of IAM governance, engineering, or administration experience.
• Hands-on with IGA, PAM, and enterprise IAM platforms.
• Strong understanding of identity lifecycle and access control models.
• Practical experience with Zero Trust principles and modern authentication.
• Certifications preferred: CISSP, CIAM, or Microsoft Identity.

Responsabilités

• Manage the full identity lifecycle (joiner–mover–leaver) and automated provisioning workflows.
• Review and track access requests with proper approvals and governance.
• Run access certification campaigns and remediate orphaned or over-privileged accounts.
• Manage and enforce MFA and investigate authentication failures.
• Govern privileged access (PAM): session monitoring and least privilege.
• Support audits with identity governance reporting and operational reports.
