Job summary

Air Products is seeking a HYCO Shift Supervisor in Saudi Arabia to manage a multi-unit process operation including two HYCO steam methane reformers and related facilities. You will lead day-to-day shift activities, drive safety performance, and coordinate with maintenance, engineering, and the customer teams to meet production targets.

Responsibilities include training operations staff, executing safety work permits, and supporting corrective maintenance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in chemical, mechanical, or chemical process operations preferred.
• Experience in gas, petrochemical, or related industries in operations, engineering or maintenance.
• HYCO knowledge a plus with 10+ years' experience and 4+ years in supervision.

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise HYCO operations staff (Boardman, Lead Operators, Field Operators).
• Manage daily shift operations, safety work permits, LOTO, and maintenance coordination.
• Ensure safe, reliable operation, training, and process optimization across the unit.
• Coordinate with engineering, maintenance, and site management to meet production targets.
• Lead incident investigations and root cause analyses; support outages and turnarounds.
