Job summary

Rkkb Air Conditioning & Ventilation Co. in Riyadh seeks a Business Development Engineer to bring in HVAC projects and close them, driving growth across the Saudi market.

You will engage consultants early, build strong contractor relationships, and coordinate with engineering teams to deliver competitive offers and handover. Fluent Arabic and English are required, with a proven track record in HVAC project sales.

This on-site role offers growth toward management as the company expands.

Qualifications

• BSc in Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 3+ years in HVAC project sales or business development in Saudi Arabia.
• Proven track record of closing HVAC projects.
• Active network with contractors and consultants.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Familiarity with HVAC design tools (HAP) and CRM is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Source new projects through tenders, platforms and site visits.
• Engage with consultants at design and approval stage (spec-in).
• Build strong relationships with main contractors, consultants, developers and project owners.
• Target data centres, hospitals, commercial complexes, government projects.
• Review drawings, specifications and BOQs; prepare technical and commercial offers.
• Coordinate with engineering and installation teams on scope, pricing and execution.
• Negotiate and close contracts; achieve sales targets.
• Build and manage a monthly pipeline with regular reporting.
• Support project handover and turn clients into repeat partners.
