Job Description

We are looking for a Saudi Human Resources Operations Specialist to join the Human Resources team and contribute to managing and implementing daily HR operations, ensuring that policies and procedures are applied efficiently and in compliance with relevant regulations and laws.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Implement and follow up on daily HR operations.
• Manage employee files and update data and records.
• Follow up on recruitment, onboarding, and service termination procedures.
• Prepare and follow up on contracts, decisions, and letters related to employees.
• Monitor attendance and departure, leave, and absence.
• Support payroll and entitlements operations in coordination with the Finance Department.
• Follow up on employees’ medical insurance and procedures for adding and removing employees.
• Follow up on employee procedures through relevant platforms and systems.
• Apply HR policies and procedures and monitor compliance with them.
• Prepare periodic HR reports.
• Support performance evaluation, training, and development operations.
• Contribute to improving and developing HR procedures and operations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of employee data and information.

Qualifications and Requirements

• Saudi nationality.
• Hands-on experience in HR operations.
• Experience in the healthcare or medical sector highly preferred.
• Good knowledge of labor regulations and relevant laws.
• Experience with government HR systems and platforms.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office and HR systems.
• Good organizational, follow-up, and file management skills.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to deal with employees professionally.
• Ability to work within a team and handle work pressure.
