Job summary

Amazon in Saudi Arabia is seeking an Operations Integration Manager for the Hub Delivery program. The role drives integration and standardization of Hub Delivery processes across the UAE AMZL Network, partnering with cross-functional teams to optimize operations.

The position focuses on data-driven process improvements, cost efficiency, and scalable design across the KSA AMZL network, with collaboration across senior leadership and product teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years defining and implementing process improvement using data and metrics.
• Proficient in Excel and data visualization tools such as Tableau.
• Experience using data to measure impact and identify improvements.
• Experience working cross-functional across several technical and non-technical teams.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and effective communication.

Responsibilities

• Design, model, and implement new operations processes for Hub Delivery across the KSA AMZL Network, ensuring scalability and alignment with network capacity planning.
• Drive improvement initiatives for existing processes to meet cost, quality, and customer experience goals using data-driven insights.
• Gather and analyze operational data to establish network-wide standards in partnership with cross-functional teams.
• Build partnerships with operations field leaders and stakeholders to understand improvement opportunities and remove barriers.
• Analyze and solve operational blockers with root-cause analysis and sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with Product teams to conduct UAT, review launch plans, pilot features, and manage full-scale rollouts.
• Represent KSA Hub Delivery operations in regional/global forums with leadership.

Education

Bachelors degree in Operations, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or another technical field
